Product Standards
Our knee pads are for commercial and hobbyist use. However, these are not medical devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KneelEasy Inc. disclaims all liability for incidental injuries, wear-related damage, or environmental exposure. Users assume all risk for ergonomic safety. We offer a limited 14-day warranty against factory defects only, excluding normal wear.
Sales and Transactions
Orders via kneeleasy.ca depend on stock. We reserve the absolute right to limit quantities or cancel any order. Prices may fluctuate without prior notice. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging; shipping costs are non-refundable. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, with resolution occurring through binding individual arbitration.

All visual assets, trademarks, and patented strap-free designs are the exclusive property of KneelEasy Inc. Any attempt to replicate, mirror, or commercially exploit our proprietary technology or branding without our express written consent will result in immediate legal action to protect our intellectual property assets.
