How it Began

Hi, I’m Wayne Irving — a licensed journeyman plumber with over two decades in the trades. Like many of you, I’ve spent countless hours on my knees during long days on job sites. Early in my apprenticeship, I realized just how brutal it was on the body. I was fed up with being “comfortable with being uncomfortable.” Traditional knee pads never cut it. The straps would chafe and dig in, there was always one pressure point that got worse the longer I stayed down, and the padding would flatten out quickly. I was constantly replacing them and still ending every day with sore, tired knees.

 

That frustration became the spark for something better. I designed KneelEasy knee pads from the ground up.
